The Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit # RM-2460-2570 that you are looking at is designed to allow each axle to act independently of the other, similar to the way torsion axles work. While it uses slipper springs to achieve this on your trailer traditional tandem axle slipper springs systems will still offer an Equalizer like # HAP-203-01.
I do recommend using equalizers with your leaf spring suspension whether you have double eye springs or slipper springs, as they allow... view full answer...
The Hopkins Rear View Camera, part # HM60195VA is a wired camera. The range of the camera would be limited by the length of the cable that connects the camera and the monitor, which is 19.7 inches long.
A better option is the Swift Hitch camera, # 04928, becuase it does transmit wirlessly up to 300 fee. view full answer...
The Sidewinder replaces the pin box which also includes the king pin. The Sidewinder is an extended pin box, but it gains the extension not just by being longer in length. The Sidewinder relocates the pivot point between the hitch and the trailer from where the king pin locks into the hitch to the point where the pin box attaches to the trailer. The king pin will no longer rotate in the hitch jaws.
This relocation will gain you an additional 22 inches of clearance between the front of the... view full answer...
The Stromberg Carlson # BA-100 2 inch motorhome hitch receiver weighs just a bit less than 9 lbs.
The receiver is designed for use on 4 x 4 inch or 4 x 4-1/2 inch bumper and has a 200 lb capacity. The hitch isn't meant for towing, it's meant to be used as an attachment point for hitch accessories.
I've linked you to a product description video featuring the RV bumper recevier. view full answer...
What you describe is indeed normal. If the system is pressurized before the truck is loaded, adding weight will further compress the air springs thus increasing the pressure. The more weight, the more the pressure will increase.
The system lists a max air pressure of 100 lbs, but Air Lift tells us that if loading the vehicle takes the pressure over that point, the bags are designed to handle it and it shouldn't cause a problem.
If you're concerned about the increased pressure, you could... view full answer...
The Timbren Silent Ride Suspension for Tandem Axle Trailers, # TSR7000T05 is for an arrangement of tandem 3" round axels rated at 7,000 lb. each. There is not a lighter rating version available in this configuration. If you currently have a tandem axle arrangement of 3" round axles, this will work. As for an increase to the travel of the wheel, that is relative to the current arrangement you have; this has an unloaded ride height of 15” or less providing maximum stability and applying... view full answer...
It depends on whether or not the towed vehicle's brake lights illuminate when the brake pedal is pushed when the vehicle is being towed. If yes, then you'll need to install a brake light relay with # RM-88400; that way your vehicle will act in accordance with the signals sent by your RV. view full answer...
There is not a chrome version available of the Tandem Axle Teardrop Trailer Fenders for Boat Trailers - Stainless Steel - 14" Wheels - Qty 2 # HP34VR.
That said, the # HP34VR being stainless steel with the PVC coating gives them a nice shine that is very similar to chrome. I actually ran out to the warehouse real quick to take a look at the fenders, and if you were to tell people they had a chrome finish, nobody would argue that.
There are photos on the product page which are representative... view full answer...
I believe you are correct, the mounting hardware you have # AABRKT-S224046 is meant to replace the mounting hardware on the Aries Oval Nerf Bars # AAS224046, which are not a fit for your 2004 Dodge Ram.
Instead, you should have ordered the Replacement Mounting Hardware Kit for Aries 4" Oval Nerf Bars # AA96FB for the Aries Oval Nerf Bars # AAS225008 which is a fit for your vehicle. view full answer...

Before a hitch is shipped we do check for paint being chipped off and one is never sent with chipped paint so rest assured the hitch you get will leave our warehouse in perfect condition.
For a hitch to use on your 2017 Nissan Pathfinder I highly recommend going with the Draw-Tite # 76031 because it will not require any trimming of the fascia during installation like the option from Curt # C13309 will. You can power your trailer's lights by adding a 4-flat to your Pathfinder with the... view full answer...
The Pre-Drilled Round Rubber Trailer Bumper # D3-96 simply requires 9/16" bolts, which can be found at any local hardware store. If you are keeping it at 96" and not cutting the bumper down to size, you will need 9 of these bolts. view full answer...
Realistically, the Master Lock Trailer Coupler Lock # ML389DAT won't be pried off; even if there's enough room to fit a crowbar, getting it fully wedged in so that enough leverage can be applied to the lock to break it off just isn't going to happen.
Theoretically, any lock can be busted with enough force but the odds of your trailer getting stolen with this lock on it are extraordinarily slim compared to not having the Master Lock on. view full answer...
I have added some photos of how the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch # E98912 will look when installed on a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. Though these are photos of the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13382, the two hitches are the same except for the etrailer hitch has a matte black finish compared to the gloss black finish of the Curt hitch, which basically just means the etrailer hitch has a bit more of a rugged look and isn't quite as prone to scratches.
As you can see by the photos, the etrailer.com Trailer... view full answer...
I have added a photo for you from the instructions showing the location where the base plate arms protrude on your 2012 Mini Cooper Clubman after installing the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1307.
As you can see, you will have to trim the chrome piece on your Mini so the arms have a place to extend out for the tow bar to attach. Speaking of the tow bar, you'll need that along with the wiring and braking systems to flat tow your '12 Clubman, and I'll go ahead and list out below what you need:
